Currently obsessing over the Blue Lakes near Ridgeway, Colorado✨🏔️

We spent the weekend backpacking and hiking in Mount Sneffels Wilderness. Tbh I think this is the most beautiful place in Colorado💚

My recommendation: backpack and camp at the lower Blue Lake & spend a few days exploring the area! The trail continues to two more incredible blue lakes, a breathtaking mountain pass, and even to a 14er (for experienced and prepared mountain climbers only, please!!).

There are lots of wild flowers and wildlife, plus you'll be surrounded by stunning mountains!

The Cascade Creek Trail in Granby, Colorado goes by a long series of large waterfalls! It's a gorgeous trail with lakes, wildflowers, and mountain views.

If you're up for the challenge, you can take this trail to the incredible Lone Eagle Peak at Crater Lake. It's excellent for backpacking or going on an extra long day hike.
